To benefit from this advanced program, participants should have at least three years of consulting experience, a solid understanding of consulting principles, and experience with needs assessments, data analysis, and solution development. While completion of an ATD foundational course (such as the Consulting Skills Certificate or Human Performance Improvement Certificate) is preferred, it is not required.
What is the format and duration of the program?
This is an eight-week blended program with both live online and self-directed components. Participants will attend virtual sessions in weeks 1, 3, 5, and 7 and engage in hands-on, project-based learning.
What will I receive upon completing the program?
Graduates earn the ATD Master Performance Consultant™ designation and a digital badge to showcase their achievement. Additionally, participants will complete a real-world Performance Consulting Project, applying key concepts learned throughout the course.
