Job Purpose
This role is responsible to support the execution of enrollment strategies for the Saudi market, focusing on marketing, sales, and engagement to meet targets.
Required Qualification
1
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in educational enrollment or similar fields.

• Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English.

• Strong interpersonal skills for managing stakeholder relationships.

• Excellent organizational skills for handling complex projects and tasks.
Major Roles And Responsibilities
• Enrollment: Oversee and implement processes tailored for the Saudi market, aligning with Leoron's goals.
• Team Support: Assist the enrollment team to ensure successful outcomes and goal achievement.
• Marketing and Sales: Participate in activities to boost student acquisition and retention.
• Partnership and Event Management: Help in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
• Event Planning and Execution: Coordinate and actively participate in the process of successfully delivering events.
