The Property Management Certificate Course is the gateway for professionals who want to get involved in the real aspects of daily issues regarding the operation and maintenance of all types of buildings. This class will provide the necessary tools to be prepared, anticipate or fix general situations, either from the building or the customer side. The course will be an intensive three-day journey through the most important aspects of this demanding career.
Our course will help you gain the knowledge, test your ability to apply that knowledge at your workplace, and earn the SFP credential. Take advantage of instructor expertise, peer interaction, and a structured course that will keep you on track to meet your goals. The full course is 40 hours and presented in five days with 8 hours each day, for approximately a total of 40 hours for the entire curriculum of courses
Most of our public courses are delivered in English language. You need to be proficient in English to be able to fully participate in the workshop and network with other delegates. For in-house courses we have the capability to train in Arabic, Dutch, German and Portuguese.
