Sherif is a licensed consultant, international speaker, expert trainer, coach, advisor and mentor with 18+ years of management experience across various industries and projects. His areas of expertise are Quality Management, Organization Behaviors, Business Transformation/healing, Leadership Skills, Process Improvement and Project Management, accompanied by broad international exposure spanning across diverse cultural groups within MENA. Over the course of his career, Sherif has managed projects, programs, portfolios and PMOs worth over 5 Billion USD that varied in size and complexity. Sherif is passionate to train, mentor and coach professionals. His trainings are based on practical implementation of best practices in mega projects. He worked for many international consultants such as; Bovis Lend Lease, Aéroports de Paris-Ingénierie, KEO International and Turner International, to help in establishing integrated management systems. In 2001, he commenced his professional career. He developed his qualifications, skills and experience till he became a Corporate Manager in 2012. His focus has always been on strategy execution, managing the execution of strategic initiatives and major transformational efforts that improve customer experience, processes and performance improvement and operational excellence while aligning with the overall organization strategy. As an instructor, Sherif has registered with Leoron since February 2016 to perform trainings for quality management portfolios. He is affiliated with other training organisations, he has conducted numerous courses. In addition to that, he was a speaker at ASQ Regional Quality Conferences in Dubai. He presented “Eye on Quality” in the first conference and “Construction KPIs” in the second conference. Sherif has a very strong academic background, as he holds BSc in civil engineering, professional diploma of quality management. He holds several professional certifications as PMI®’s Project Management Professional (PMP), Chartered Quality Professional by Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) in UK and Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational excellence by the American Society for Quality (ASQ) in US. In addition to that, he is in the process to obtain a master degree of engineering and construction management from Hearot Watt University from UK. He teaches in a unique simple approach. His theories and philosophies are innovative. He performs effective trainings and adding value to the trainees is his main goal.
