Mr. Morgan is a dynamic, accomplished corporate asset and service delivery operations professional with over 30 years of progressive, tangible and thought leadership accomplishments with substantial relationships within the facilities management and corporate and commercial real estate industry. His currently serves as Director of Global Facilities Management at SAP in Silicon Valley and throughout his career has served as Senior Facilities Manager at Oracle USA, Director of Engineering at Boston Properties and Regional Director of Engineering for Lincoln Property Company. Larry is a certified global master instructor for IFMA, past IFMA member of Board of Directors, 2017 IFMA Distinguished Member Recipient, Facilities consultant and a highly sought-after guest speaker. He is also a Certified BOMI Instructor with 10 years of instruction for more than more five national chapters. He has taught their 8-week courses at least 20 times and the 3-day accelerated review (similar to IFMA CFM Exam Review class) at least 15 times.
