The ICALS course was quite an eye opener for me (thought before now I am a super leader). The course content is deep and incisive. There is just no limit to the new things one could learn in life. Great learning experience, great informative course. Dr. Morse is a great instructor with extensively high leadership knowledge level, great positive attitude, best debater of all times and high ability of cultural, religion, societal and social background acceptance.
