About Us
For more than six years, the LEORON_FOUNDATION has actively supported vulnerable students' academic journeys in North Macedonia's universities.
We firmly believe in everyone's potential to achieve their dreams and we support this through two specialized scholarships: "Khalid Al Tawil" and "Kujtim Jusufi."
Our scholarships assist those excelling academically, as well as students from disadvantaged family environments with a focus on single-parent households, unemployed parents, orphaned students and students with special needs.
At the heart of our mission lies the unwavering belief that every Child possesses the potential to achieve greatness, irrespective of their circumstances."

Arben Jusufi
Co-Founder
Arben Jusufi, co-founder of the LEORON_FOUNDATION, brings a wealth of experience from the training and development industry from around the world.
As a firm believer in the power of professional development, he co-founded LEORON in 2010, and since then, he has been instrumental in its remarkable growth and international expansion across the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and Central Asia. His involvement in HR Performance Improvement projects for large corporations and government organizations in the MENA region has solidified LEORON's position as a leading Talent Management organization.
Arben's commitment to multiculturalism and cooperation is evident in both his personal and professional life, and his fervent support for education has led to him co-founding the LEORON_FOUNDATIONalongside Val Jusufi in 2018.
We created the LEORON_FOUNDATION as a beacon of hope and opportunity for students facing unique challenges in their pursuit of education. Our foundation is dedicated to leveling the educational playing field and empowering students from socially disadvantaged backgrounds to chase their dreams. At the heart of our mission lies the unwavering belief that every child possesses the potential to achieve greatness, irrespective of their circumstances."
Val Jusufi
Co-Founder
Val Jusufi, co-founder of LEORON Institute and the LEORON_FOUNDATION, has played a pivotal role in steering the organization to become one of the leading training institutes in the MENA region.
As CEO of LEORON Institute, Val has been at the forefront of advancing the L&D sector in the GCC region, particularly in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. Her expertise has been instrumental in the context of Vision 2030 and Vision 2031, the governments' ambitious initiatives to transform their countries into global innovation and investment hubs.
Val's unwavering support for education and inclusion is the driving force behind her tireless efforts for the foundation, as one of the LEORON foundation's co-founders.
We decided to create the LEORON_FOUNDATION because we believe that education should be a bridge, not a barrier. It's our responsibility to ensure that every student, regardless of their circumstances, has the opportunity to cross that bridge and reach for the stars."
