Graphic Designer

Sunday – Thursday / 07:30 – 15:45

 

Job Purpose

Create and maintain alive, unique and distinguishable corporate brand. Prepare company materials by applying specific-corporate-designing rules related to font, spacing, logos, colors and design components; including all promotional materials, training books, delegate kits, which include certificates, nametags, learning papers.

 

 

Required Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree – Arts/Graphic Design Recommended.
  • English Language Proficiency (Business English, both written and spoken)

 

Required Experience & Critical Developement Experiences

  • Min 1+ years working experience in Graphic Design in a corporate environment.
  • Proficient knowledge in Adobe Suit (Adobe Acrobat Professional, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop)
  • Proficient knowledge of Power Point and Microsoft Excel

 

Major Roles and Responsibilities

 

  • CREATION AND DESIGN OF PUBLIC COURSES
  • use data provided by ID to create official brochures by applying specific-corporate-designing rules related to font, spacing, logos, colors and design components. Follow and resemble Leoron’s brand.
  • CREATE AND DESIGN DELEGATE KIT
  • assemble Leoron’s Delegate Kit, with the following premade materials: Training Calendar, Training Catalog, Corporate Brochure, Notebook, Leoron Folder, Leoron Box, ID and Table Cards, PM’s business card, Certificates, Certificate Folder, and Certificate Envelope.
  • Review Delegates’ lists
  • Send materials for printing.
  • DESIGN OF TRAINING CALENDAR
  • create the public courses training calendar by using generated excel files based on the official PopLeads calendar, in collaboration with Head of ID and the Sales Director
  • Insert all changes and uploads the new version on the website, weekly.
  • DESIGN OF CATALOGUES
  • create Catalogues for all sales units including: the corporate profile, training calendar, and prospectus for the courses provided in the specific industry.
  • DESIGN OF EXTRA MATERIALS
  • keep Leoron’s brand alive by creating all required materials for courses execution, meetings, office, corporate celebrations, etc.
  • PACKAGING
  • helps with packaging of LEORON boxes, which should be shipped to UAE/ KSA offices.
  • Editing email signatures
  • Setting up our VoIP phones (On site)
  • Resolving technical issues (cables, extension cords, mouses, keyboards)
  • Fixing equipment (mouses, keyboards, adding and removing parts from our PC’s )
  • Installing needed software
