We are on the lookout for 2 creative Social Media Specialists to join our team at LEORON Institute.

 

As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with the Marketing and Sales departments to promote a diverse portfolio of Learning services in our core markets in the GCC. We’re looking for someone versed in LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram, and Twitter to take over our SM calendar and craft an attention-grabbing strategy for our products that include Face-To-Face training, eLearning courses, LIVE Virtual, and more.

 

Job Description:

 

Position:  Social Media Specialist

 

Unit: Marketing Team

 

Reports to: Head Of Marketing

 

Requirements:

 

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
  • Strategic approach using social media for brand awareness and sales
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, , Instagram, and other social media best practices
  • Understanding traffic metrics
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field

     

Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
  • Define most important social media KPIs
  • Manage and oversee social media content for LEORON Institute
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Use social media marketing tools
  • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product Development teams
  • Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
  • Provide constructive feedback
