Major Job Responsibilities For Position 1/2

DELIVER PUBLIC AND IN-HOUSE TRAINING COURSES

Take the role ‘Expert Trainer’ and deliver public and in-house training courses, on behalf of LEORON internally (for employees) and for corporate clients.

  • Act responsibly and represent LEORON during the training sessions, make sure to safeguard common commercial and business interests, as well as our established reputation.

  • Prepare training session and learning materials, case studies and workshops for public and in-house courses.

  • For in-house courses, the materials need to reflect the client\'s industry specifics, needs and focus.

  • Prepare official training outlines

  • Prepare pre and post-course assessments

  • Prepare post-training reports upon the completion of each in-house (on-site) training session.

  • Topics related to soft skills: Strategic Thinking, Change Management, Problem Solving, and Decision Making, Communicating and Influencing, Talent Development, Collaboration and Team Management, Conflict Management, Customer Satisfaction, Team Management, Leadership.

LEORON CONSULTING SERVICES

Lead a variety of projects and provide fruitful advice and solutions. Help clients optimize everyday processes and implement strategic solutions, including but not limited to: organizational development, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, etc. Utilize own in-depth knowledge of and experience, and dealing with actual challenges for executing various projects. Maximize business value for LEORON clients and improve their business, through strategic analysis, analytical thinking, problem-solving and collaborative communication.

  • Lead HC programs and projects

  • Conduct research through various methods (data collection, surveys, etc.) to identify the challenging situation, bottle-necks or identify root-cause.

  • Provide advice and recommendations to HC personnel for resolution of issues.

  • Formulate strategic and practical plans to address HC matters.

  • Support the recruitment, training, and management of personnel.

  • Devise plans and techniques to drive change and culture management.

  • Assist in the development and integration of policies.

  • Help establish control systems for compliance with business methods and HC practices.

  • Review systems and processes and make modifications to address challenges.

  • Refurbish knowledge of advancements in the field and present new ideas.
