• Work with various stakeholders to understand the traveling needs and maintain good relationship with them.
• Utilize IATA Platform, Global Distribution System- AMADEUS software to plan itineraries through best market fare, international travel regulations, customs, and currencies.
• Understanding of airline routes, schedules, and ticket pricing.
• Carefully select and offer the best options to expert trainers and employees in terms of: dates, prices, routing and intercontinental travel information customs, weather conditions, airlines poicies.
• Book complex and linked itineraries, across the globe, with tight schedule and deadlines.
• Provide assistance in resolving any issues related to flight bookings, including changes, cancellations, and refunds.
• Provide support and guidance during emergency situations or unforeseen circumstances.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with company’s internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Cost allocation, administrative support and close relationship with finance department.
• Full utilization of Popleads CRM system for all campaigns and activities.
• Efficiently manage time to ensure timely responses and bookings.
• Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues to enhance overall team performance.
